Another week of succesful planning! Here is what is coming up this week:
~~BREAKFAST~~
Choose from: cereal/almond milk, oatmeal, muffin (oatmeal---with added chocolate chips--or orange blueberry), toast, fruit, smoothie/shake, mini bagels, apple sandwich, grits
~~SNACKS~~
Choose from: cereal (with or without almond milk),
muffin, Zbar, cut veggies, crackers and hummus, apple sandwich,
pretzels, chips and salsa, smoothie/shake/banana ice cream
~~LUNCH~~(Main Meal 3 Days)
Monday: Mashed potatoes, salad, and baked beans
Tuesday: Homemade Rice a Roni and green beans
Wednesday: Pizzadillas, lima beans, fruit
Thursday: Leftovers or (non dairy) grilled cheese
Friday: Lentil Rice Soup (Lysander's)
Saturday: Leftovers or hummus and crackers, cut vegetables, fruit
Sunday: ~Eat out~or breakfast choices as a brunch
Packed Dinner: Chickpea Salad, Grapes, Cucumbers, Watermelon
Monday: Tricolor Pasta, chickpeas, fruit
Tuesday: Chickpea salad (we add sweet relish to ours), crackers, fruit
Wednesday: PBJ (or leftovers), chips, fruit
Thursday: Baked Ziti
Friday: Creamy Potato Casserole, Grits, Fruit
Saturday: Mexican Lasagna a.k.a Enchilada Casserole
Sunday: *Family Birthday Celebration*
